Kings Toyota is seeking a qualified, dependable Auto PartsĀ Counterperson for our very busy department. TheyĀ will sell parts and accessories to wholesale and retail customers, interact with our Service Department, and maintain the highest possible customer satisfaction index. Individual must be able to multi-task and be efficientĀ in a fast-paced area. Position will report to the Parts Manager.

SERVICE APPOINTMENT COORDINATOR

Do you have great customer service skills and a friendly personality? Kings Toyota is seeking a full-time Customer Service Appointment Coordinator (SAC) for our Service Department Business Development Center. We handle all of the incoming service department phone calls and make outbound calls as well. The Service Appointment Coordinator is responsible for scheduling new / missed service appointments, scheduling customers for special order parts delivery, making follow-up calls, communicating with Service Advisors, and handling related admin duties. Applicant must display a personable, professional image and great phone skills to serve our loyal customer base. Experience on the telephone or in setting business appointments is a plus, but not required. Applicant must have great listening skills, a can-do attitude, and be willing to learn and be creative with problem solving.

LOT TECH

Are you looking for a great position with potential future growth opportunity? Our dealership has an immediate opening forĀ full-time Automotive Lot Technicians in our Sales Department. Duties include: lot maintenance, new and used car cleanup, moving cars, taking cars for fueling, maintaining customer areas, shoveling snow in winter months, working inside and outside of our facility, etc.
