INTERNET SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Full-time / 40 hours per week

5 Days in Dealership; Off every Sunday and 1 day during the week

Kings Toyota has an immediate need for an Internet Sales Representative to work for our Business Development Center by answering and distributing internet leads and providing great customer service to our large customer base. This is a great opportunity for a self-motivated individual to grow professionally in the automotive space. Applicant will handle internet inquiries from CincyAutos.com, inbound sales calls, follow-up on unsold showroom traffic, and be responsible for setting solid customer appointments. This position requires patience for our customers with questions and an upbeat personality. Automotive background is a plus, but not required.

Qualifications:

• Must be able to work assigned schedule
• Any customer service experience (may be call center, telemarketing, internet, inside or outside sales, etc.)
• Proficient computer skills for typing and working on the internet
• High school graduate
• Satisfactory employment references
• Pass background check
• Must be 18 or older

DEALERSHIP PORTER / SHUTTLE DRIVER

Our dealership has an immediate need for a Porter / Shuttle Driver in our Service Department. Duties include maintaining and cleaning customer areas and the shop / Service Department, disposing of debris, being able to lift on a daily basis [see requirements below,] and shoveling snow in winter months. Position is also responsible for providing shuttle service to our customers as determined by the Service Manager.

• Porter / Shuttle Driver experience is a plus, but not required
• Valid driver's license with driving record acceptable to Company
• Knowledge of the surrounding areas of the city and ability to drive safely in heavy traffic
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.; shovel snow; position requires continuous physical movement around the dealership
• High school grad / GED
• Satisfactory work references

SALARY PAID AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIAN

Salary starting $45,000+ with additional pay for production.

Shift Into Your New Role as a Service Technician:

Kings Toyota has an immediate need for an experienced Automotive Service Technician for our busy Service Department. Manufacturer experience is not required. If you are currently a Production Technician being paid flat rate and not producing 50+ hours per week due to workflow and heavy warranty, we need your skills. Warranty repairs were only 7% of our total shop hours in August of 2024. Paid training will be provided where needed at no cost to you.

Qualifications to Drive Your Career Forward:

• 1 or more years experience as an Automotive Service Technician / Production Tech / Flat Rate, etc.

• 2 or more ASE preferred, but not required

• Valid driver's license: driving record satisfactory to company

• Ability to lift 50 lbs. routinely, daily

• High school grad / GED

• Satisfactory employment references

• Pass background check
