Do you have great customer service skills and a friendly personality? Kings Toyota is seeking a qualified individual to manage our Service Business Development Center. We have an extremely busy department needing a friendly, dependable leader to help our Service Appointment Coordinators and to also provide quality, timely service to our large, loyal customer base. This position is the point person who provides training, leads the team, handles incoming service department phone calls and makes outbound calls as well. The Service BDC is responsible for scheduling new / missed service appointments, scheduling customers for special order parts delivery, making follow-up calls, communicating with Service Advisors, and handling related admin duties. He / She must display a personable, professional image and great phone skills to serve our customers. Experience on the telephone, in a call center, or in setting business appointments is a plus. He / She must have great listening skills, a can-do attitude, and be willing to learn and be creative with problem solving to handle customers and lead the team.

This position is responsible for selling repairs and related goods and services, handling warranty concerns, and waiting on customers in person as well as on the telephone. He / She must be able to multi-task, display good communication skills, and be a team-oriented individual with a positive commitment to customer satisfaction.  Our dealership is very busy and therefore requires an individual who is detail-oriented and functions well in a fast-paced environment on a daily basis. This position offers income opportunities not found in most other industries.  Individuals with attention to detail, great customer service skills, and a warm personality can do very well as a Service Advisor.

 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Current / recent experience as a Service Advisor at any level OR auto experience in areas such as express lube, customer service, vehicle repair, or sales
