Kings Toyota is seeking a qualified, dependable Auto Parts Counterperson for our very busy department. They will sell parts and accessories to wholesale and retail customers, interact with our Service Department, and maintain the highest possible customer satisfaction index. Individual must be able to multi-task and be efficient in a fast-paced area. Position will report to the Parts Manager.

SERVICE APPOINTMENT COORDINATOR

Do you have great customer service skills and a friendly personality? Kings Toyota is seeking a full-time Customer Service Appointment Coordinator (SAC) for our Service Department Business Development Center. We handle all of the incoming service department phone calls and make outbound calls as well. The Service Appointment Coordinator is responsible for scheduling new / missed service appointments, scheduling customers for special order parts delivery, making follow-up calls, communicating with Service Advisors, and handling related admin duties. Applicant must display a personable, professional image and great phone skills to serve our loyal customer base. Experience on the telephone or in setting business appointments is a plus, but not required. Applicant must have great listening skills, a can-do attitude, and be willing to learn and be creative with problem solving.

CUSTOMER RELATIONS MANAGER

Our dealership is in need of a full-time Customer Relations Manager (CRM.) The number one responsibility is to be a professional with constant presence in our guest lounge. Applicant will interact with our guests to create a customer-first environment. The CRM will be the customer advocate for any concerns whether it be for service or sales and therefore must be a proactive partner with all departments. In order to maintain excellent customer relations, the CRM will analyze surveys and proactively get feedback from guests about their experiences in order to make suggestions for improvements to the department manager in an efficient, timely manner.
