    In an effort, to ensure the SAFETY of our customers and employees we are providing these services BY APPOINTMENT:

    • Scheduling no wait, social distance approved key hand off for test drives.
    • Accepting lease turn-ins with virtual walk around inspection or drop off inspection.
    • Virtual walk around trade-in offers with key drop off.
 

Vehicle Cleaning Process

Before you test drive and pick up your new or service vehicle, we will be following this cleaning process:

    • Exterior driver side door handle
    • Steering wheel- including buttons
    • Center Console - outside only
    • Gear Selector (Dial/Handle)
    • Radio/HVAC Areas
    • Touchscreen
    • Start/Stop Button
    • Driver door armrest and center console
    • Window/Seat/Mirror Controls
    • Rear View Mirror
    • Seatbelt Buckle & Anchor
    • Other- any other high touch area
    • Key Fob (then placed in envelope)


Many other actions against Coronavirus (COVID-19) will be used to continue our focus on the health and safety of the environment you deserve.
