Toyota sold 168,595 vehicles in November, which marks an increase of 5.3 percent over November 2015 sales. Corolla, Highlander and RAV4 models fueled the increase, as each set a new record.

Corolla posted November-best-ever sales of 28,262, an improvement of nearly 12 percent, while Camry sold 28,189 vehicles over the course of the month. Toyota SUV sales soared almost 20 percent for the month, as 4Runner sales increased almost 14 percent, Highlander established an all-time best-ever month with a sales improvement of almost 67 percent and RAV4 sales amounted to a November best-ever 28,116 vehicles.

The pickup truck segment grew by almost 14 percent, fueled by Tacoma’s improvement of 15.3 percent and Tundra’s 11.5 percent sales growth.

Toyota has now seen its streak of consecutive light truck sales records extended to 11 months over the course of 2016.
